Some of our volunteers this summer are working on and around trains. Kyle is pictured above at the Lake Superior and Mississippi Railroad, a new exchange site this year. Kyle rides the train as it takes tourists on an hour and a half excursion along the St. Louis River. On the right is Volunteer Kristin at the North Shore Scenic Railroad. The NSSRR is headquartered at The Depot in downtown Duluth. Alice (who is pictured below) mentors the volunteers at NSSRR, where they work in the gift shop and ice cream shop.

| The Tweed Museum of Art, on the campus of the University of Minnesota Duluth is another one of our exchange sites. Pictured on the left are Anja and Max. On the right is Cody. These volunteers are working in the Olive Anna Texla Memorial Library within Tweed Museum. Volunteers also work in the museum gift shop as well as in the museum itself. | |
